Shipping policy

We provide complimentary shipping for new orders across Canada. Our handmade pieces typically require 3-4 weeks for production. Production only starts after full payment for your item has been paid. Once completed, we will notify you via email and arrange a delivery date. Your order will be shipped via FedEx Insured Priority Overnight. Tracking numbers will be provided, and all deliveries require an adult signature.
