1. How long will it take to receive a response to my inquiry?
Please allow 2-3 business days for my wife and I to respond to your email inquiry.
2. How do I set up an in-person appointment?
Both our times are valuable and important. Our process is not the same as your traditional “walk in'' experience. We ask all clients to begin their journey with us by scheduling a phone appointment.
My wife or I will contact you to coordinate the next steps. Whether you're just starting your search or have specific ideas in mind, we can discuss design concepts, provide estimates, or offer detailed pricing for any specific piece you're interested in
After completing this initial process and gaining a clearer understanding of your needs, we look forward to warmly welcoming you into our home!
Given our limited availability, a minimum deposit of $50 CAD is necessary to confirm an in-person viewing appointment. (Deposit amounts may vary depending on the product you're interested in and will be fully credited toward any purchase.)
Here's a checklist of things to be aware of when you're ready:
- I've decided on the diamond shape and have some specific details regarding the 4Cs: Carat, Color, Clarity, and Cut.
- I have a clear idea of the type of ring setting design I'm interested in.
- I have a clear idea of my intended budget. (Please note that, due to our custom process, all engagement rings start at $2,000 CAD)
- I understand my timeline and when I require the ring to be finished.
3. Should I buy Natural Mined or Lab Grown Diamonds?
Nowadays, you both have the luxury of choosing which diamond options is the right for you! We want to give you all the knowledge and confidence necessary to make an informed decision that’s right for you.
Lab vs Natural? The only person that can answer this question ultimately will be you and your future partner. We all have different socioeconomic status and AD respect all.

4. Can I send you a stone to set into one of your rings or just buy your settings?
We only set diamonds or gemstones that are purchased directly from us.
All of our rings are sold exclusively with one of our selected diamonds as a packaged set. Loose diamonds and settings are not sold separately.
5. Do you offer payment plans or financing?
AD do not offer financing at the moment. AD however, offer’s layaway plan.
To give you a better understanding of our payment policy, we require a 60% deposit of the total to be made at the time of the order. The remaining 40% is due once your order is completed prior to shipping out your piece(s) or scheduling for in person pickup.
Layaway plan: We require 60% deposit before your made to order piece(s) production process start. Once your unique piece(s) is done, the 40% remaining can be paid in the next 2 months in your own discretion. Once the full payment is done, we can ship them to your address, or schedule in person pick up.
6. Where are you located?
We are located in Calgary, Alberta.
7. What are your hours of operation?
We are open by appointment only from Monday to Friday: 10-5pm, and Saturday: 10-3pm. We are closed on Sundays.
8. Are your diamonds ethically sourced/ conflict free?
Yes, we have a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds. All our diamond supplier (lab or natural) also has the same zero-tolerance policy towards conflict diamonds.
