He took the time to educate me on the diamond, the band shape, the different metals and what would be a good fit for me. It made making custom ring an easy and stress-free process. The turn around was also quick and the customer service is great. I’m absolutely obsessed with my ring and have people asking about it weekly. I can’t wait to design my wedding band! I also loved the behind the scene video where you get to see your ring being made. Nowhere else do you get to see that and it’s a little bonus. Getting the quote was a breeze and quick - same day pricing was provided. For the project you to start, your company only requires a deposit, not like others that you either pay for the whole thing already and without any customization at all. Pricing is affordable than the rest of the companies out there and you it does come with all the certification needed! Lastly, Ken's communication and customer service is next to none!
